Metinvest is one of the largest companies in Central and Eastern Europe by revenue and production volume, supplying high-quality products to global markets.
Metinvest Holding turned to us with the task of fully automating document management processes within the group's enterprises. The main goals were to reduce the time spent on document approval, eliminate paper-based workflows, and ensure transparent control over the execution of tasks and contracts.
Our team implemented a comprehensive DMS and CLM solution based on softXspace365, covering the full cycle of contract management — from creation and approval to archiving. Integration with Microsoft 365 allowed employees to work in familiar tools without switching between systems. As a result, the company reduced document approval time by 70% and completely switched to electronic document management.
